Before e-mailing, please keep in mind that we are always behind on e-mail and may take a bit to respond to complicated questions, though we try to get back to everyone within a few days (we do not work on weekends). Your questions are important to us, it's just that we're swamped and rarely have much time to answer e-mail, and we have several people using just one computer for everything. Please include your phone number with your inquiry so that we have the option of calling you with a response. Thanks for your patience!
We use VERY strong mail filters, so please put a descriptive subject line on your emails. For example, the type of jewelry you are inquiring about, rather than just a 'hey there'... Oh, and never put my first name in the subject line, those are always considered bad. If you receive a returned mail, or no response at all after about a week, the program or ourselves probably thought it was not legit. Try sending again from a different address and/or with an appropriate subject heading, or better yet, give us a call!
Please make sure you already know what size jewelry you wish to order before calling.
We cannot give advice about making jewelry, piercing, or stretching,
but will probably be able to refer you to a local piercing shop if you let us know your zip code.

Our catalog consists of a overview cover sheet/price list and several pages showing different types of jewelry with brief descriptions and prices. The individual pages of this website contains more comprehensive information and longer descriptions than the print catalog, as there's more room here.
If you would like to receive a printed paper version of the catalog through the mail, (a cover sheet on colored stock, along with black and white print-outs of the individual pages), please heed the following:
Retail customers: please send either $1 to cover the costs of printing and postage. It does actually cost more than that to design/scan/describe/ lay out/print/copy/ collate/fold/stuff/seal/ stamp/address/send these babies!
Or send a self-addressed, stamped envelope (58cents total) (or a 41cent plus a 17cent stamp) along with your information to the address above. Please be sure to include your phone number.
Wholesale customers: sent gratis to legitimate businesses (domestic or international), please be prepared to mail or fax a copy of your business or wholesale license, along with either a business card, letterhead stationary, or current advertisement. Please do not send scans of these over e-mail. Yes, you can still send us $1 if you'd like (see the above!). Please include your business phone number.
International retail customers: please send two International Reply Coupons enclosed to the above address. Or, perhaps, an invitation to show us around if we come to wherever in the world you live someday! We may very well take you up on it and would really appreciate it!

If you are placing an order, please include all dimensions, your mailing address, phone number, and how you intend to pay: pre-payment or COD (via check or money order). We do not accept credit cards.
The best way to place an order is by phone at (503) 240-0260 from 12noon-4pm Pacific Time, Monday through Friday. You may also e-mail, or send a letter (rather convenient if you intend to send a check first rather than to pay by COD); however, it is best to call to make sure all your questions are answered and to make sure we have what you want in stock before payment is sent.
